Terms of Service

  1. Who we are. soma.ninja and app.soma.ninja are operated by Aionlabs Private Limited, India. Contact: support@soma.ninja.
  2. The service. Language-learning content and tools: AI-generated, human-verified songs, decks, review and study features. Content is for personal learning use.
  3. Accounts. Sign in with Google or an e-mail link. Keep your access secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; you must be 16 or older.
  4. Free tier, points & subscriptions. Some features consume points or require a subscription. Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record — Polar is the seller; its checkout terms apply to the transaction. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel any time effective at the end of the paid period.
  5. Refunds. Contact support@soma.ninja; refunds for digital services are handled reasonably and in line with the applicable consumer law and Polar’s processes. EU consumers: statutory withdrawal rights for digital content are honoured as required by law.
  6. Acceptable use. No abuse: no unauthorized access, scraping at scale, resale or redistribution of content, disrupting the service, or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
  7. Content & IP. The service, its content and branding remain ours or our licensors’. AI-generated songs/videos are provided for learning; they carry provenance labels and may not be redistributed as your own.
  8. Availability & changes. Provided “as is”; we work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.
  9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  10. Termination. You may delete your account at any time; we may terminate for breach of these terms.
  11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
  12. Changes to the terms. We will post material changes here; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
